Refund policy

All items from Lil Spice Leather are handmade and custom-crafted, so all sales are final.

However, I want you to love your order. If there is an issue with craftsmanship, stitching, construction, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos so I can make it right.



Custom Orders

  • Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
  • A deposit is required for all custom orders and is non-refundable once work has begun.




Ready-To-Ship Items

  • Ready-made items are final sale unless there is a craftsmanship issue.
  • Returns are not accepted for sizing errors, color differences caused by screen variations, or normal leather marks/variations.




Repairs

If something becomes loose, breaks, or needs repair due to normal use, I offer repairs on a case-by-case basis. Fees may apply depending on the damage.



Shipping Issues

Lil Spice Leather is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by USPS/UPS.

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is out of my control.

If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office.
