Lil Spice Leather LLC operates this website and sells handmade leather goods, custom leatherwork, and related products.

 

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to make a purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

 

2. Handmade Disclaimer

All items are individually handcrafted.

This means:

  • Small variations in color, tooling, stitching, or leather grain are normal,
  • No two items will be exactly alike,
  • These variations are not considered defects.

 

3. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
  • Once work has started, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

If the customer provides incorrect sizing, colors, initials, or design details, Lil Spice Leather is not responsible.


 

 

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in USD and may be updated without notice.

Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or other methods listed at checkout.

Orders are not started until payment or deposit is received.

 

5. Shipping

  • Once an item is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (USPS/UPS).
  • Lil Spice Leather LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Any shipping claims must be directed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.


 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 

All sales are final.

Handmade and custom items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Only issues related to craftsmanship (stitching failure, construction flaws, etc.) are eligible for review. Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the issue.

 

 

 

7. Repairs

Repairs may be offered at the discretion of Lil Spice Leather LLC.

Some repairs may require a fee depending on the cause or damage.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, artwork, patterns, and branding on this website are the property of Lil Spice Leather LLC.

No one may reproduce, copy, or use these designs without written permission.


9. Order Cancellations

Lil Spice Leather LLC reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to:

  • Payment failure
  • Fraud concerns
  • Discontinued materials
  • Inability to complete the order

Any cancellations initiated by the seller will be refunded.
